Last week, FOX Sports NFL reporter Bucky Brooks wrote that the Lions' "versatility" and "resilience" have been keys to carrying them throughout the season.
And after their win in Week 18, NFL on FOX Pod host Dave Helman discussed the implications of the Lions' win over Minnesota.
"They get the division title, they get the week off. This is a team that needs a bye week," he said.
"But on top of that, it's going to be an interesting few weeks for the Lions because everybody in this league is going to be trying to bite a piece of that culture."
Second on the list are reigning champions Kansas City Chiefs, who stayed put at +350.
The Ravens round out the top three, moving to +600 from +700 over the last week.
Buffalo takes the fourth spot at +650, falling slightly from +600.
"Breakfast Ball" co-host Danny Park said recently that the Bills were playing like the "best team in the NFL" and that Buffalo's offense is "borderline historic."
Other shifts include the Steelers plummeting to +9000 from +5500 and the Eagles moving slightly up to +700 from +750.
